Thanks to a collaborative effort between the British Ministry and many unsung heroes, the recent reign of terror that labored its shores was defeated. The hate of Perniciem has fallen, with many of its members apprehended and prosecuted. Their definitive defeat caused the members of Ìonacht to disband and wither back into their shadows, unable to stand against such a grand show of force and harmony.

Thus, it marks the beginning of a Silver Age for the Magical Community. The desire to unite the magical and Muggle worlds is renewed. And, in the spirit of this very sentiment, the International Confederation of Wizards has agreed to form the Concordia Festival.

This triannual festival is a compilation of the magical world's most exotic events and attractions open to the muggle public, including, but not limited to, Wizarding and Quidditch tournaments, magical creatures and mystical cuisines. The Concordia Festival's Inaugural host site will naturally be the United Kingdom, in London.

This is the newly combined Sorting Hat and Who's Who thread. The code for this list will be dual served, for both sorting your character into a member group as well as for adding your character to your Who's Who list. That way there won't be any characters missed as far as reference and Activity Checks are concerned.

CHARACTER CREATION INFORMATION:

If you'd like a special ability, please post an application in this board and claim it here when it has been approved by staff.
Any one character may have a maximum of 3 special abilities. More information can be found here.
Once you have 10 characters, you will need to buy any further character slots by using the site currency.

CURRENT MEMBER GROUPS AVAILABLE:

ADULT (Magical or Muggle; anyone that doesn't fit into any of the other categories)
GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE (includes both Muggle and Wizarding governments)
STUDENT (This includes any sort of student, even adult students. If not an adult student, your specific school can be set by editing your profile, and selecting the right option under the 'Personal' tab. If an adult student, then add where your character studies in the occupation section of the 'Personal' tab)
MAGICAL CREATURE (Please provide the link to the ability application for that character in your post or they won't be sorted into that group. The board for applications can be found here. YOU MUST BE APPROVED FOR THE ABILITY BEFORE BEING SORTED INTO THIS CATEGORY!)
MEDICAL (Magical or Muggle; doctor/healer of any kind)
QUIDDITCH (This includes the Managers of the teams too)
EDUCATOR (Magical or Muggle; professor/teacher)

RETIRED MEMBER GROUPS:

HYDRA (An organization set on the advancement and safety of Witches and Wizards.)
PYRALIS (A group working against Hydra, in the hopes of preventing the unfair murders of Muggles and Magical folk alike at Hydra's hands.
KOBOLD (A group of tightly bound sailors that serve on a goblin-made vessel named GMS Kobold.
ZODIAC (A group of secret assassins. Each member has a Zodiac sign that defines their personality and/or purpose in the group.)
OBLIVIATED (Those directly affected by the current site plot. These unfortunate Muggles, or those Witch Hunters caught, have had their memories altered, as per Minister Weasley's Decrees.)

Before posting, please make sure your display name is in all uppercase lettering, using your character's FIRST and LAST names only. You will not be sorted until your name follows this format.

To change your display name go to "Profile > Edit Profile > Personal Tab". You will see a space labeled "Display Name". Simply type your desired character's name into that space in all caps, and save your changes. Feel free to message a staff member if you are having problems updating your name.
