Some of you may be aware of the ability to label a thread. For those of you that aren't, this will serve as a brief explanation as to how to label your threads. We ask that you label each RP thread you start, that way the other members and staff will know what threads are open, closed, completed, etc.
When you're creating a thread, you will notice the icon all the way to the right. Click that and then hover over where it says Labels and you will be given the option to choose which label to put on your thread. You can pick more than one label, but only one is required.
The labels to pick from are as follows:
Site Plot! is for any threads that is directly involved with the site plot. This label may only be used by members of the staff.
Open! is for any threads that allow any other member to post their characters in. This label can be used by everyone.
Invites Only! is for any threads that are for only specific characters to post in. This label can be used by everyone.
Mature! is for any threads that contain mature content. This label can be used by everyone. Please note that you cannot go mature over pg-13!
Finished! is for any threads that have been completed and are in need of being archived. This label can be used by everyone.
ACTIVITY LABELS - ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE ABSENCE BOARD
Active! means that you are here and active. You are allowed to create new characters and are also expected to participate in the bi-monthly activity checks.
Busy! means that you have alerted us to your absence, but may still be in and out and occasionally posting. You will not be 'saved' during the activity checks, but we will be lenient seeing as how you are busy. You may not create any new characters during this time.
Away! means that you are unable to post at all and will not be able to meet the posting activity requirements. If you do end up posting anywhere while your absent thread is marked as away, it will be changed to busy. You may not create any new characters during this time.
If you have any questions about this, please feel free to ask. Someone will be happy to assist you.
