Thanks to a collaborative effort between the British Ministry and many unsung heroes, the recent reign of terror that labored its shores was defeated. The hate of Perniciem has fallen, with many of its members apprehended and prosecuted. Their definitive defeat caused the members of Ìonacht to disband and wither back into their shadows, unable to stand against such a grand show of force and harmony.
Thus, it marks the beginning of a Silver Age for the Magical Community. The desire to unite the magical and Muggle worlds is renewed. And, in the spirit of this very sentiment, the International Confederation of Wizards has agreed to form the Concordia Festival.
This triannual festival is a compilation of the magical world's most exotic events and attractions open to the muggle public, including, but not limited to, Wizarding and Quidditch tournaments, magical creatures and mystical cuisines. The Concordia Festival's Inaugural host site will naturally be the United Kingdom, in London.

Department of Security Notes:
The entire event will occur between full moons.
Muggles are prohibited from visiting Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry due to safety concerns expressed by Headmistress Burke despite the summer holiday. The Headmistress has permitted and encourages her staff to represent the school during the Hogsmeade events.
As a security precaution, Muggles are prohibited from Diagon Alley in lieu of safety and security concerns. Vendors may apply for a temporary permit to operate at an event site.
The sale of cursed objects to muggles is strictly prohibited. Any enchanted trinkets are to be equipped with a timing charm. Muggles will be made aware of this safety precaution via media announcements and at the time of sale.
