Parsletongue, as that is an inherited ability and anyone who has ever had that ability is dead, with no living heirs. And Harry's children do not count because that ability was never Harry's to begin with, and he lost it once the connection between him and Voldemort was destroyed in DH when Harry died and came back to life in the Forbidden Forest.

"A werewolf is a human being who, upon the complete rising of the full moon, becomes a fearsome and deadly near-wolf. This condition is caused by infection with lycanthropy, also known as werewolfry. Werewolves appear in the form of a wolf but, there are distinctions between them and regular wolves." -HP Wiki

THE BASICS!
Lycanthropy is a magical illness known to be spread by contact between saliva and blood; thus, when a transformed werewolf bites a human, the bitten will become a werewolf themselves. Most Muggles, however, will die from the extent of their injuries in the instance of a werewolf attack. If a werewolf is in human form and bites the victim, they will merely gain lupine tendencies such as a fondness for rare meat. Any bite or scratch obtained from a werewolf, whether in human or animal form, will leave permanent scars.
Werewolves cannot pass on lycanthropy to their children, and so if having a child with a human partner no lupine tendencies will occur, as noted with Teddy Lupin, son of Remus and Nymphadora Tonks.
If two werewolves mate at the full moon, in their animal forms, something very strange happens. The result of their mating, which has only ever occurred twice throughout history, has been a pack of wolf cubs – actual wolf cubs - who grow to become very beautiful wolves and can only be distinguished from true wolves by their near-human intelligence.
Thus, rumors of werewolves living in the Forbidden Forest on the grounds of Hogwarts Castle are true. With the kind permission of Albus Dumbledore, the pack was released into the woods and have lived there ever since. Teachers have never tried to dispel these rumors because they felt that keeping students out of the forest was highly desirable.

TRANSFORMATIONS!
A werewolf cannot choose whether or not to transform and will no longer remember who they are and would kill even their best friend given the opportunity once transformed. Despite this, they are able to recall everything they have experienced throughout their transformation upon reverting to their human form.
Only the Wolfsbane potion will allow the werewolf to keep his human mind during the rise of a full moon.
Though they can live otherwise normal lives, on every full moon a werewolf will go through an incredibly painful transformation from a human into a wolf-like creature. They lose the ability to think in a human way, becoming highly aggressive towards humans- even those to whom they are close. Though werewolves usually only infect their victims through biting, they sometimes take it too far and kill their victims.
Without any humans nearby to attack, or other animals to occupy it, the werewolf will attack itself out of frustration. This leaves many werewolves such as Remus Lupin with self-inflicted scars and premature aging from the difficult transformations.

THE BASICS!
They are usually pale and gaunt, with sharp fangs for puncturing the throat.
Legislation as it currently stands requires vampires and half-vampires to report for assessment. Their current country of residence must be kept up to date for vampires and any half-vampires that fail their assessment. The assessment itself will be to gauge their control. Any found to be potentially dangerous are monitored, and relocated to a safe facility if needed. All vampires that possess a wand will be required to hand it over to the Ministry until a decision is reached on their functionality. Half-vampires are required to be assessed likewise. Those who fail due to any prevalent or uncontrollable vampire traits are barred from any magical academy or school, as well as owning a wand. While the instincts and traits of a vampire are stronger, a half-vampire must be documented as Ministry approved.
A Ministry assessment will occur typically in most cases when a child is ten or eleven, regardless of whether their parents are magical or not. Like Hogwarts sends someone to explain magic to a Muggleborn's parents/guardians; the Ministry will send someone if needed, to explain the existence of vampires and why an assessment is required by law.

THE SYMPTOMS!
Vampires have an aversion to garlic and can be kept at bay by its presence. They drink blood, though they are able to eat things such as pasties, and Honeydukes sells lollipops that taste like blood, presumably for vampires to use.
Increased thirst for blood: Animal blood has been found to suffice if it is needed, and is encouraged in these cases. It is non-essential to survival, the vampire being capable of surviving on regular food. With the availability of products like blood lollipops, the thirst can be curbed this way. It is a non-specific thirst in that no one person’s blood appeals more. However it is noted that some vampires can have a preference for certain blood types. This thirst is similar to an addiction in that it causes a series of pleasurable chemicals to release like adrenaline or dopamine in the vampire.
Improved cell regeneration: The virus increases the production of cells, the main reason behind the idea vampires are immortal. Injuries will heal quicker, however so will blood thirst heighten during these periods in an attempt to further reduce the healing process.
Faster reflexes
Enhanced senses: Acute sight, hearing and smell are found to be present in all vampires. This often explains further a vampire’s dislike of artificial smells, or strong scents like garlic. An improved capability to see clearly in the dark also leaves them in discomfort or pain from sunlight.
Inability to remain in sunlight: Its been speculated to be due to everything from their lower body temperature, their enhanced sight or to it counter-acting the efficiency of the virus. The longer someone has been a vampire, the stronger the foothold the virus has in the body; meaning older vampires have been known to last longer in sunlight before succumbing to the effects. Over exposure to it causes pain, often in the form of first a migraine, then heart pains. Finally they suffer what is difficult to describe, but has been likened to a heart attack. The virus unable to function and repair the damage done under such exposure.

HALF VAMPIRES!
A part-vampire is a being with both human and vampire traits. Part-vampires are therefore a type of half-breed, with human and vampire ancestors. This has been confirmed because it is proved that vampires are related to humans since they are featured in the Ministry's Guidelines for the Treatment of Non-Wizard Part-Humans.
They do not have most of the same abilities that full vampires have. they can withstand the sunlight, but they cannot regenerate their cells nor do they have enhanced senses. It is possible for one of their senses to be better than the others, but it would not be an all-around enhancement.

TRANSFORMATIONS!
Someone who is in the process of turning usually does so fast, often fully within a week. Within the first day it isn’t uncommon for the infected to sleep heavily as the initial alterations begin; body temperature will begin to lower, to improve the conditions for the virus to thrive. Blood thirst will start here fiercely instinctively, as it increases the efficiency of the changes. A vampire’s heart will still beat, but the cooled body temperature and slower pulse often lends itself to the impression they are ‘dead’. Increased sensitivity to light occurs throughout this, the remaining symptoms begin to develop during the first month of their turning. Enhanced sense of smell usually being the first to develop.

"The Veela are a race of semi-human, semi-magical humanoids reminiscent of the Vila in Slavic folklore. Little is known about their biology; they appear to be young, beautiful humans. Their looks and especially their dance is magically seductive to almost all male beings and some female beings, which causes such people to perform strange actions in order to get nearer to the Veela." -HP Wiki
Veela are thought to have their own type of magic which does not require a wand. When Veela are angry, however, they transform into something more like Harpies — their faces turn into cruel-beaked bird heads while long scaly wings burst from their shoulders, and they can launch balls of fire from their hands. Anything less than a full veela cannot transform into a Harpy.
Veela seem to be quite an irascible race. For example, in the 1994 Quidditch World Cup, they were easily wound up by the Leprechauns, resulting in a fight between both teams' mascots on the pitch. The Veela then got sent away.

Veela have been known to marry wizards, although it is unknown whether any have married Muggles. Children of these unions are half-Veela, and they will inherit magical ability from their fathers and beauty and charm from their mothers. Veela traits seem to persist for at least a few generations (examples being Apolline Delacour, and her daughters Fleur and Gabrielle).
Apolline Delacour is a half-Veela, thus her children Fleur and Gabrielle are quarter-Veela, and Fleur's children Victoire, Dominique, and Louis are eighth-Veela; it is unknown if they have inherited any specific Veela characteristics from their great-grandmother.

HOW IT APPLIES TO THE SITE!
Male veelas do exist. They just cannot turn into a Harpy.
Full veelas will have a very hard time using a wand to perform magic. As such, if they did attend magical school, it would be extremely difficult for them, and they would likely fail most of their practical magic subjects, or at least barely manage to pass them.
One cannot be a full veela as well as a pureblood witch or wizard. Once the procreation between a full veela and a magical person happens, their offspring will be half veela, though they will still keep the blood status of their magical parent (usually the father). So they can still be a pureblood veela, but they cannot be a pureblood full veela. They can be a half veela pureblood, or less.
You will need to be extremely specific when writing your ability application for this on how your character is a veela. Just writing 'they were born this way' will not suffice.

[attr="class","subhead2"]this is a learned ability
[attr="class","subtext"]
"An Animagus (pl. Animagi) is a witch or wizard who can morph him or herself into an animal at will. It is a learned, rather than hereditary skill, unlike those of a Metamorphmagus. Information on Animagi is taught to Hogwarts students during their third year Transfiguration class. An Animagus registration exists to keep track of those that have learned this skill." -HP Wiki
It takes skill, practise, and patience for wizards and witches to become Animagi. The process of becoming an Animagus is long and arduous, and has the potential to backfire and cause the transformation to go horribly wrong. Many witches and wizards simply feel that their time might better be employed in other ways, as the skill is of limited practical use unless one has a great need of disguise or concealment. Part of the process by which one becomes an Animagus is holding the leaf of a mandrake in their mouth for an entire month, using the leaf for the creation of a potion, and reciting an incantation (Amato Animo Animato Animagus) on a daily basis. Once the initial training is over, an Animagus can change at will, with or without a wand. Animagi who take on the form of species capable of flight can enjoy the sensation without the need of broomsticks, flying carpet, or riding on flying animals.
Animagi can only take on the form of one specific animal. This animal form is not chosen by the wizard, but determined by their personality and inner traits. It may also be that the full-bodied Patronus may reveal what a witch or wizard would turn into if they were an Animagus. For example, Minerva McGonagall, a known cat Animagus, also had the Patronus of a cat. Apparently, the form the Patronus takes may be determined by the same inner-traits as the Animagus form. An Animagus in animal form is also not restrained by the lifespan limit of the creature that they otherwise transform into, seen in the case of Peter Pettigrew, who stayed in the form of a rat for at least twelve years, remaining alive despite the fact that rodents have a short lifespan.
Each Animagus bears an identifying mark on their animal form that is caused by something on their human body. This may be a physical trait like dental structure, or an acquired trait such as glasses. For example, both Minerva McGonagall and Rita Skeeter have markings on their Animagus forms caused by their spectacles. If an Animagus undergoes a major physical change, such as the loss of a limb, their animal form will also reflect that, as in the case of Peter Pettigrew missing a finger.
In addition, an Animagus will appear to lose their clothing upon morphing if they are wearing clothing. The clothing will reappear upon re-establishing the human form. What physically happens to the clothing is unknown. A strong possibility, however, is that the clothing is enchanted beforehand, and will morph/disappear with the person as they do so. An example is when Peter Pettigrew morphs into a rat whilst Sirius Black and Severus Snape are occupied detaining the werewolf Remus Lupin. Another explanation would be if the clothes themselves are physically involved in the morphing, i.e. transforming into the skin and fur of the animal form.
At Hogwarts School, the theory of Animagus transfiguration is taught about in third year. While Minerva McGonagall, an Animagus herself, was the teacher, it also included a practical demonstration. Especially talented students may acquire the skill during their school years if they wish to. Minerva had become an Animagus by the age of seventeen, being taught by Professor Dumbledore. It is rare, however, for a student to become a full Animagus before they finish Hogwarts without the training of a proficient teacher (the Marauders were an exception to this rule, obviously).

[attr="class","subtext"]
"A Metamorphmagus (pl. Metamorphmagi) is a witch or wizard with the ability to change their physical appearance at will, rather than requiring Polyjuice Potion or a spell like the rest of the wizarding population. They are also extremely rare." -HP Wiki
Unlike Animagi, Metamorphmagi can take a wide variety of forms, changing sex and age, potentially looking like anyone at all, or even just changing a part of their appearances, such as the shape of their noses. Animagi also transform at will, but only into one animal form which is determined by their inner traits. It is never revealed if Metamorphmagi can take the full form of an animal, and Tonks simply describes the ability as being able to change her "appearance".
Also, a Metamorphmagus is born, not made; it is not a skill that can be learned. There also seems to be a degree of heritability, as both Nymphadora Tonks and her son, Teddy Lupin, were Metamorphmagi, although both of Tonks' parents, Andromeda and Ted, were not. The ability presents very early in life, as Teddy Lupin's hair changed color when he was a newborn infant, as did his mother's.
It is unknown whether Metamorphmagi receive any training in developing their innate skill, or if they learn through trial and error; given their rarity, it is unlikely that much training is available. However, Tonks has shown that she only needs to concentrate a little to change her appearance, so it may be simply a matter of the Metamorphmagi wanting to change. While it has been debated whether Animagi transformations and Disapparition require a wand, it seems Metamorphmagi do not need theirs to utilise their abilities, as Tonks has claimed that other wizards need a wand or potions to transform, meaning Metamorphmagi such as herself are not restricted as such.
It is unknown if Metamorphmagi must register with the Ministry of Magic like Animagi must, as Metamorphmagi did not choose to become what they are, while Animagi did. Although unlike Animagi, Metamorphmagi do not possess any distinct markings that come with their transformation, so it would be far more difficult to keep track of them for any signs of ability abuse.
Like many other types of magic, a Metamorphmagus' abilities are affected by their emotional state. The person's appearance at any moment will often reflect the emotion the person is feeling at the time. Strong emotions, such as shock or sadness, can affect their abilities to the point of having trouble using them at all. For example, Nymphadora Tonks had difficulty using her abilities following Sirius Black's death, when she was depressed over her feelings for Remus Lupin.
Metamorphic abilities can be very helpful when it comes to disguises. For example, Nymphadora Tonks was able to put her abilities to use in performing espionage for the Order of the Phoenix. She also got full marks in Concealment and Disguise of her Auror training, implying that this ability can be used for official examinations and competitions.
On Fidelius if you are a Metamorphagus, then you are a full Metamorphagus. We do not accept "half" or less with ability. It's 'all or nothing'. To clarify, they can only alter their outward appearance. An alteration in the internal structure of the body is too complex typically, and for that reason we do not accept Metamorphmagi to be able to change their gender. Therefore they cannot become pregnant by this method.

[attr="class","subhead1"]legilimency
[attr="class","subhead2"]this is a learned ability
[attr="class","subtext"]
"Legilimency is the act of magically navigating through the many layers of a person's mind and correctly interpreting one's findings. A person who practises this art is known as a Legilimens. Muggles might call this "mind-reading," but practitioners disdain the term as naive. The opposite of Legilimency is Occlumency, which may be used to shield one's mind from the invasion and influence of a Legilimens." -HP Wiki
It is unknown who invented the art of Legilimency and just when it was invented. It is safe to assume that the art has been around for a fairly long time, as Salazar Slytherin, a very skilled Legillimens, lived in the 11th century, and, along with the other Hogwarts founders, enchanted the Sorting Hat to have the skill. Other witches and wizards have used Legilimency on several different occasions as well.
The most advanced Legilimens can perform Legilimency nonverbally and wandlessly, but less talented practitioners must use the incantation Legilimens to enter their victim's mind. If a target is not skilled in Occlumency, a Legilimens will be able to detect if the person is lying, as well as delve into their thoughts, emotions, and memories. Highly skilled Legilimens can also influence a mind that they invade; for example, Lord Voldemort, considered perhaps the most skilled Legilimens of his time, was able to send Harry Potter incredibly realistic visions of the Department of Mysteries and his godfather, and later to temporarily possess him (the latter of which was extremely painful to Harry, to the point where he begged Dumbledore to kill him, just to relieve him of the pain). It is easier to perform Legilimency when the target and practitioners' eyes meet.
Like Occlumency, Legilimency is not regularly taught at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Considering that it invades peoples' privacy, Legilimency may be a legally restricted magical practice, just as the use of Veritaserum is strictly regulated by the Ministry of Magic.
"Occlumency is the act of magically closing one's mind against Legilimency. It is ancient, and has existed since medieval times. It can prevent a Legilimens from accessing one's thoughts and feelings, or influencing them. A person who practises this art is known as an Occlumens." -HP Wiki
The most basic form of Occlumency, judging from Severus Snape's early lessons on the subject to Harry Potter, involves clearing one's mind — making it "blank and empty" — in order to prevent a Legilimens from perceiving one's emotions and thoughts. More advanced Occlumency involves suppressing only the thoughts, emotions, and memories that would contradict whatever it is an Occlumens wishes a Legilimens to believe; hence, it is not obvious that Occlumency is being used even if the person is lying. It requires a great deal of willpower, as with resisting the Imperius Curse, as well as a high degree of mental and emotional discipline. It is also one method of resisting the influence of Veritaserum.
Occlumency is not part of the normal curriculum taught at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and appears to be a rare and difficult skill.

"A Seer is a gifted wizard or witch who has the ability to see into the future with their Inner Eye. Seers predict prophecies, which are then recorded and stored in the Hall of Prophecy in the Ministry of Magic's Department of Mysteries. According to Minerva McGonagall, true Seers are extremely rare. Albus Dumbledore once told Harry Potter that seeing into the future is incredibly difficult because of the complexity of every single action and their consequences." -HP Wiki

"Wandless magic was the performance of magic without the use of a wand. It could be volatile and was often difficult to perform, and could thus only be reliably accomplished by witches and wizards of great skill. However, there were cultures which traditionally did not use wands, and thus favored wandless magic." -HP Wiki
Witches and wizards used wands to channel magic, thus making the effects of spells more accurate and potent. Only the most powerful and disciplined wizards and witches were able to perform advanced wandless magic reliably. Transfiguration and charms were particularly difficult to carry out without a wand.
However, the wand was a European invention, and some cultures traditionally did not rely upon wands for performing magic.
