The hate of Perniciem has fallen, with many of its members apprehended and prosecuted. Their definitive defeat caused the members of Ìonacht to disband and wither back into their shadows, unable to stand against such a grand show of force and harmony.
Thus, it marks the beginning of a Silver Age for the Magical Community. The desire to unite the magical and Muggle worlds is renewed. And, in the spirit of this very sentiment, the International Confederation of Wizards has agreed to form the Concordia Festival.
This triannual festival is a compilation of the magical world's most exotic events and attractions open to the muggle public, including, but not limited to, Wizarding and Quidditch tournaments, magical creatures and mystical cuisines. The Concordia Festival's Inaugural host site will naturally be the United Kingdom, in London.
This darkened Victorian-Goth style establishment is one that can deter even the strongest of folk. While it offers drinks of all kinds, for all people, it also caters to those who will live forever and require a 'special blend' of sustenance. That menu is only given to those known to be of that type and are taken into a special room for their drink, unless they'd prefer to remain in the pub itself and be brought their order. If that's the case, then they are given the choice of chilled or warm. It's only recently opened in London, but there are shops located in Paris, Budapest and Moscow already. Few people work there; she has witches and wizards that work there, and they are protected from harm while working under her (that means when they're off the clock too).
Borgin and Burkes is a shop located at 13B, Knockturn Alley. It sells objects of Dark magic and other dangerous magical artefacts, including the Hand of Glory, an assortment of human bones, a pack of bloody cards, a glass eye, spiked instruments, a hangman's rope, a cursed necklace, and an array of leering masks that line the walls.
Knockturn Alley is a shopping area off Diagon Alley. Most of the shops sell things related to the Dark Arts, and the area is known for a higher crime rate, so be on your guard!
